Description
- Providing administrative support to the team to ensure efficient operations.
- Managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
- Assisting in organising meetings, conferences, and team events.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents.
- Coordinating with various departments and external stakeholders.
- Handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Supporting with additional tasks as required by the team.
Profile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Demonstratable experience in a simialr role ideally within the financial service or public sector.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience of diary and email management along with minute taking.
