Band 6 Occupational Therapist
For an NHS Trust, based in South Molton, Devon
Full or part-time hours
Available immediately (the trust will consider those with a notice period/not available immediatley)
We are seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work with an integrated health and social care team.
Role Summary:
- To deliver Rehabilitation programmes to improve patient outcomes
- Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, treatment and advice to patients and their carers. The caseload will include a wide range of acute and chronic care cases, many having complex disabilities and needs.
Requirements:
- Post-grad OT experience and HCPC registration
- NHS experience is desirable
