This is a permanent in-office opportunity paying a salary of up to £55,000 (depending on experience) and free onsite parking which involving the day-to-day running of a busy office along with providing administration support for property and finance areas of business. This would be the ideal position for an experienced administrator who has worked as an office manager in the past or who is looking for the next step up. The position is located close to public transport hubs in South West London and would be ideal for a back-to-work parent or a professional looking to work closer to home.

As the Office Manager, you will:

  • Ensure the day-to-day running of the office, manage office supplies and oversee office policies.
  • Act as an initial point of contact for the business.
  • Maintain Master Document files including property maintenance schedules and property portfolio spreadsheets.
  • Provide some finance administrative support by processing and raising sales and purchase invoices using Xero.
  • Support the external accounts team.

As the Office Manager, you should have:

  • Strong administration skills including experience managing an office.
  • Ideally experience working in or with a facilities company.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrable organisational skills.
  • Experience using Xero accounting software. - Ideal but not essential
  • Some experience with finance admin including processing employee expenses.

In return, you will receive a salary of up to £55,000 per year depending on experience. This is a Monday - Friday 9am until 5:30pm in-office role with free onsite parking. Apply Today!
