INVESTMENT REPORTING ANALYST (12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

Our client, a leading independent wealth and asset manager with a global presence, is seeking an Investment Reporting Analyst to join their London-based team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dedicated reporting unit, providing essential services to some of the world's largest institutions and financial intermediaries. What you'll do:
As an Investment Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our client's service offering. Your primary responsibility will be to produce various types of investment reports, marketing materials, and client presentations for institutional clients and fund investors. You will also undertake data quality checks ensuring consistency across all produced documents. Your role will extend beyond just reporting; you will also contribute towards enhancing existing processes and implementing new reporting tools. A key aspect of your role will be collaboration; you will be expected to support your team members during busier periods.

  • Produce various types of investment reports, marketing materials, and client presentations for institutional clients and fund investors in a timely and error-free manner
  • Undertake data quality and consistency checks in produced documents with an eye for detail
  • Develop solutions for automation of reporting documents and enhance existing processes
  • Contribute to the implementation of new reporting tools
  • Support other team members proactively during busier periods

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Investment Reporting Analyst position brings a unique blend of skills and experience. You should have an undergraduate degree in Finance/Economics or related field. Approximately 12 months' experience within Finance is desirable which could have been acquired through internships. Advanced skills in MS Office, VBA, SQL, Tableau, Python are essential for this role. A finely tuned sense of attention to detail and quality is crucial. Above all else, we're looking for a team player who can support others during busy periods.
