Job title: Facilities Supervisor / Mobile Cleaner
Location: 10 sites across South or West Yorkshire
Length: 3 months contract to permanent
Work hour: Flexible working hours between the hours of 05:30 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: £26.000 or £13.55/hour PAYE
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor/Mobile Cleaner on behalf of a well established Facilities Management company on a 3 months contract to permanent
In this role you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract. Some of the other duties will include but are not limited to:
- Perform regular cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Report major repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
- Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are maintained.
- Train new cleaning staff on procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements for this position:
- Previous Cleaning experience
- Cleaning Management
- Managing multiple sites
- Managing Soft Services (waste, pest, cleaning and horticultural)
- Clean Driving Licence
- COSHH Knowledge
- Preferred BICS knowledge
- Line Management
