HR Officer

SF Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a medical business based in Birmingham. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Officer to join an organisation where they put their people at the heart of everything they do. This role will be on a temporary to permanent basis. It is a really exciting time to join as they have many improvement projects to work on which will further enhance your HR knowledge and experience.

The successful candidate will be supported by an amazing mentor who has been with the business many years and still loves every day she is there. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards your CIPD qualification.

Hours: 37.5 per week (flexible between 08:00 - 18:00) SITE BASED ROLE
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Duties:-
- Working closely with managers to support with employee relations, including D&G, performance and absence management
- Coaching and guiding managers
- Working on change programmes, TUPE, redundancy and restructures
- Staff inductions and coming up with ideas to improve the processes
- Dealing with all 1st line HR queries
- Full involvement with the end to end employee lifecycle

Required
- Previous HR experience essential
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- The hunger to learn and succeed
- Excellent communication skills
- Be forthcoming with ideas for improvements in order to streamline processes
