Multi-Skilled Engineer required urgently in Swindon!!
We are looking for a multi-skilled engineer to work for a market leading company based at their commercial office building, based in Swindon.
As part of the maintenance team, you will provide reactive and planned maintenance services for operational assets, covering electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines. This includes modifications, installations, and liaising with contractors. Your work will adhere to high-quality standards, legal requirements, and company policies. Additionally, you will maximize equipment availability, offer technical support, and ensure safety and compliance. Providing a reactive and planned pro-active maintenance (PPM) service as per project requirements to all operational assets.
Salary: Upto £39,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Shift pattern: 12 hour shifts working 4 days on, 4 days off - 7:00am to 7:00pm

Ideal candidates will need to have one or some of the following skills and qualifications:
Gas:
- NVQ Level 3 in Heating/Ventilation/Maintenance
- COCN1 OR CODNCO1, CORT1, TPCP1A, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1
Air Conditioning:
- NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning/Maintenance
- F Gas Qualification
Electrical:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Apprenticeship
- City and Guilds 18th edition
- 2391-52 Testing and Inspection Qualification
Plumbing:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
