Support Worker - Young People
Location: Harlow | Hours: 35 per week | Rate: £14 - 14.40 per hour + holiday pay
We're seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist young people aged 17-19 in Harlow. Your role will focus on providing housing-related support, promoting independence, and working with external agencies to help clients achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments, identifying needs and risks.
- Maintain regular contact and a professional, supportive relationship with clients.
- Ensure safety in all activities and address any risks or complaints.
- Collaborate with external groups to support client's needs.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (recent or on the update service)
- Driver's License
