Exciting opportunity for a Change and Communications Specialist to join a leading FMCG business.

Client Details

My client is a leading FMCG business who supplies food products to all major supermarkets across the UK.

They are currently rolling out a large scale programme of work that will transform how they operate as a business and are searching for a Change and Communication Specialist to support them on this journey.

Please note this is a part time role which can be done across either 3 days or 22.5 hours across 4/5 days. This role will ideally be based out of Sheffield but will be mainly remote.

Description

  • Oversee and prioritize business change activities, ensuring key tasks are visible and resources are well-managed.
  • Monitor the impact of changes on teams to manage them effectively.
  • Develop and manage a clear communication plan for stakeholders and all employees.
  • Create consistent materials for updates and events that align with the brand.
  • Prepare teams to manage change and plan communication effectively.
  • Guide line managers on using tools and resources for change and project management.
  • Spot and address risks or issues that could disrupt plans, escalating when needed.
  • Regularly assess and improve change and communication efforts based on feedback.

Profile

  • Experienced in planning and implementing business changes for medium-sized projects.
  • Skilled in assessing the impact of business changes.
  • Experienced in creating change management plans that align with project timelines.
  • Led small group workshops on various business change topics.
  • Able to develop communication materials to support change efforts.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in using InDesign and video editing software.
  • Experienced in creating surveys and analyzing results.

Job Offer

  • Equivalent to £40,000 full time salary with potential for an increase on this for the right candidate
