We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and support our ongoing recruitment efforts.
Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by sourcing and identifying high-quality candidates for our key accounts. You will be responsible for attracting candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a strong pipeline of talent to meet the demands of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
- Writing and posting job advertisements to attract relevant candidates
- Conducting telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate database
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Supporting consultants with administrative tasks, including CV formatting and reference checks
- Developing a thorough understanding of client requirements to match candidates effectively
- Managing candidate relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a resourcer or recruitment role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms and tools is an advantage
