Location: North West Office
Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000 + profit related bonus

The role of Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Fit Out will involve:
- Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a range of fit out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
- Working closely with the Project Managers to oversee projects from handover to completion
- Monitor and control costs throughout projects
- Identify, track, report and price change as required
- Compile and submit monthly Applications/Valuations to clients in line with contract requirements
- Set-up and manage subcontractor accounts, making payments when due
- Produce monthly financial reports for active projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Working on projects ranging in value up to £10m
The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator - Fit Out with
- Must have Quantity Surveying/Estimator experience within the construction industry, ideally fit out market sector
- Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Excellent communicator both written and verbally across all levels
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Good team player, with excellent people skills
