Description
- Effective day-to-day use of data and IT including telephone and specialist third party systems
- Setting up new commercial customer accounts and ensuring tariff data is correctly uploaded
- Maintaining and updating accurate customer records in compliance with data security standards
- Assisting the Energy Contracts Manager in the production of performance statistics and reports for management reporting and Boards including energy sales, Heat Trust consumer protection standards and service
performance targets
- Support in process analysis and identify key areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes
Profile
- Highly computer literate, capable of using a range of service-based IT systems
- Medium to Advanced Excel Skills
- Capable of working to a consistently high standard in a customer-facing role
- Good communication and inter-personal skills including the ability to clearly explain complex matters to customers
- The ability to act calmly and effectively in potentially confrontational situations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and address competing customer needs
- Willingness to learn and develop when adopting new systems and practices
