QED Legal are keen to speak with Property Litigation Solicitors 3 years PQE+ regarding a role we have for a well-respected law firm in Leeds City for a Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a broad range of contentious commercial property matters.
  • Focus areas include landlord and tenant disputes, telecoms-related disputes, adverse possession, easements, title disputes, and more.
  • Deal with 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, break notices, and other property litigation issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the transactional Real Estate team on multidisciplinary projects.
  • Serve a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors, ranging from public sector bodies to FTSE 250 companies.
  • Support business growth through high-quality client work and strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' PQE (Post Qualified Experience) as a Property Litigation Solicitor
  • Strong academic credentials and the ability to analyse complex legal issues with ease.
  • Excellent drafting skills; ability to provide concise, fluent written advice.
  • A strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and address client objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work within a team and on multidisciplinary projects across different locations.
