Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Location: East Birmingham
An exciting opportunity to join an energetic Payroll bureau team just East of Birmingham.
Responsibilities:
- Managing all facets of payroll, encompassing BACS operations.
- Providing initial payroll checks support to the team.
- Ensuring technical compliance in payroll calculations.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients.
- Handling pensions, statutory pay, and deductions processing.
- Assisting the Payroll Bureau Manager as needed.
Skills required:
- Experience of end-to-end payroll in a bureau environment
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Understanding of statutory payments/deductions
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
