About the Role:
Joshua Robert is seeking an energetic and innovative Surveyor to join a dynamic group. You will work with a major retail and commercial banking client, delivering projects across the UK&I. This role involves taking ownership of a significant disposals programme with support from senior team members.
Role Profile:
- Provide professional advice and service to clients managed by Associate Directors and Directors.
- Own multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Manage day-to-day responsibilities for project and programme delivery and reporting.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee account processes, ensuring timely and high-quality documentation.
- Manage a high volume of freehold and leasehold disposals as part of a national programme, advising on surplus property disposal strategy.
- Handle strategic acquisitions, rent reviews, lease extensions, and lease terminations.
- Effectively manage service lines, external agents, and suppliers to deliver high standards of service to the client.
- Ensure delivery teams adhere to correct processes and templates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with client stakeholders through verbal and written updates.
- Actively participate in client projects and monitor business and legal compliance.
- Track and report on projects against agreed processes and schedules.
- Ensure delivery against client, individual, and team KPI targets.
- Use client portfolio data to analyze activity levels and revenue opportunities.
- Support weekly/monthly reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Qualifications:
- Degree-level qualification in Business or a similar field.
- Membership of professional bodies that require proficiency in key skills is beneficial.
Core Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of client needs.
- Proven ability in project planning and delivery.
- Basic commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of market dynamics.
- Knowledge of business development and client relationship management.
- Networking and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Good knowledge of the real estate industry sector and market trends.
- Experience in transaction management or agency.
- Minimum of 3 years in Real Estate or similar account management roles in the real estate services sector.
- Experience in project management roles is also considered.
