Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the team.
- Work closely with design and product teams to create accessible and scalable frontend solutions.
- Implement best practices for code quality, including TDD, CI/CD, and pair programming.
- Collaborate on cloud-based architecture, ensuring reliability and efficiency in production environments.

- Proven experience with front-end technologies such as TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React.
- Strong background in building accessible and scalable applications.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservice architectures.
