Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Payroll Specialist Responsibilities
- Gathering variables, making amendments, and inputting data into ADP
- Creating and maintaining payroll records
- Downloading and reconciling trial reports
- Arranging approval meetings
- Approving the payroll on the relevant platform
- Checking final reports
- Sending final files to Finance
- Circulating monthly payroll dates to relevant teams
- Ensuring full compliance at all stages in all processes and services

- Exceptional accuracy skills, whilst working in a fast paced environment
