What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children with SEN, focusing on speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN)
- Participating in SEN meetings and after-school clubs
- Monitoring and delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with teachers to organize the learning environment
- Assisting in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Empathetic, patient, and able to build rapport with children
- Skilled in using Signalong or willing to learn
- Experienced in working with children with SLCN
- Understand how children learn and how to motivate them
