We are looking for a Private Client Lawyer/fee earner to join our busy long established business in the Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity which offers plenty of progression for the right individual.
JOB OVERVIEW
Working as the Private Client Lawyer your duties will include:
- Wills and Estate Planning
- Obtaining Grants of Probate and administration of Estates
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Contentious Trusts and Estates
- Court of Protection work
- Doing client visits in Hospitals and care homes.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Entensive experience in Private Client Work
- A good working knowledge of all aspects of Private Client Work
- Ability to manage your own caseload
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation and reliability
- Car and driving Licence for visits
- Commercial understanding and great business acumen
