An instantly recognisable residential property company and long-standing client of Cobalt are seeking a Chartered Valuation Surveyor in South West London (based remotely), to produce high quality valuation reports on a range of property types.
The business manages over 10,000 residential and commercial units across Central and Greater London and therefore a combined portfolio value of £10bn.
Core responsibilities include:
- Producing accurate and detailed reports to lender and private clients.
- Strong market knowledge and to keep up to date with market changes.
- Observing RICS regulatory requirements and to be aware of any changes, including those in respect of the Red Book.
- Understanding the company policies and procedures including those relating to Quality Assurance, Health & Safety.
- Providing high standards of customer service.
Salary is banded between £50,000-£60,000 plus benefits.

FRICS or MRICS are required. AssocRICS with proven years of experience will be taken into consideration.
