We are a rapidly growing firm of Chartered Certified Accountants known for our innovation, dynamic approach, and commitment to excellence. We're looking to recruit an Accountant, preferably ACCA/ACA qualified but will consider qualified by experience, at our Lancaster office.
We provide accounts, taxation and advisory services to businesses across the entire UK from small sole traders to large multi-million pound companies, across a variety of sectors. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and personal, pro-active advice.
Role Overview
This is a permanent full-time role.
This is a great opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of clients and tasks. We need someone with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, assist with servicing a portfolio of clients with minimal hand-holding as well as building towards leading a small team whilst reporting directly to the MD.
You will be required to provide the following core services to clients:
- Manage and oversee the operations of the accounting department
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
- Tax compliance and advisory
- Advisory services such as business growth and reporting
Experience in an accountancy practice is essential, as well using Xero and other digital tools.
