The position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in property and/or block management, dealing with stakeholders, leaseholders, and landlords. Daily duties will include reporting on service charge budgets, issuing Section 20 notices, liaising with accounts on payments and invoices, handling and administering insurance enquiries, staying up to date with compliance, legislation, health and safety, as well as RICS and fire safety guidelines. Additionally, responsibilities include conducting annual inspections, managing maintenance and contractors, providing aftercare, and handling objections and complaints. Qualification would be preferred and a UK driving licence is essential.
