IFA Administrator

Salary c£26,000 - c£32,000 depending on experience
Full time position, office based, although consideration may be given to hybrid working
My client is a Chartered Financial Planner and has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator.
The role will be varied and you will work closely with the Director, in providing a first-class service to their clients. Whilst an individual who wishes to remain in an administrative support role is very much welcomed, there is also the possibility of being supported to take CII qualifications and work towards becoming an Adviser in the future, if you so wish.
Main responsibilities of the IFA Administrator:
- Liaising with clients and handling queries
- Working closely with the Director
- Working closely with the Company's Network, ensuring that all practices and procedures are implemented and followed effectively
- Utilising the IT systems to their fullest in order to achieve the best client outcomes (Intelliflo / Intelligent Office)
- Processing new business and ensuring smooth and timely completion
- Ensuring compliance requirements are adhered to
- Quotations and Valuations
- Preparing Suitability Reports from templates
IFA Administrator - The Ideal Person:
- Wealth Management Administration experience
- Intelliflo / Intelligent Office experience
- IT literate (Microsoft Office etc)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently, efficiently & accurately and to use own initiative
- Good time management skills with the ability to manage own workflow
