Description

  • Oversee the Payroll team, and end-to-end payroll process
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Coordinate with HR to verify employment data
  • Prepare and submit reports on payroll operations
  • Address employee queries relating to payroll
  • Implement policies and procedures for the payroll department
  • Manage a team of payroll professionals
  • Keep up to date with payroll systems and software

Profile

A successful Payroll Manager should have:

  • Excellent knowledge of payroll software
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Experience in a senior payroll position
