CMA is partnering with a prestigious organisation for the recruitment of an Assistant Accountant on an interim basis. You will be part of a small and efficient finance team covering a variety of duties including payroll. The role will initially be for 3 months but is likely to be extended or made permanent.
What will the Senior Finance Assistant role involve?
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Monitoring income and expenditure.
- Producing VAT returns.
- Supporting the purchase and sales ledgers.
- Processing the monthly payroll and employee expenses.
- HMRC submissions.
Suitable Candidate for the Senior Finance Assistant vacancy:
- Available to start immediately
- Full time role working 37 hours per week
- Possess previous payroll experience
- Working experience of Xero /Sage experience would be beneficial
- Experience of working within a charity would be advantageous.
