Our client is a rapidly expanding Financial Services company with offices in Norwich and other locations in the UK. With a team of 200+ professionals they are on an upward trajectory of growth. As they continue to embrace new acquisitions and scale their operations, they are seeking an experienced People Manager to join their team and contribute to their journey. As the new People Manager, you will be the architect of the HR department, crafting its foundation and leading its evolution. This role will be responsible for managing the fundamentals of HR, including recruitment and selection, policy and practices, case management, training & development, talent management, succession planning and driving performance appraisals. However, the role is also about being a pioneer, designing and implementing processes and procedures that resonate with core values of quality, value, and service. You will help with fostering a workspace that is as nurturing as it is professional, in line with the company culture

About you....

CIPD qualified, you will have a proven track record as a transformative HR Manager with a deep knowledge of an HR generalist remit. With a ‘Can Do' approach & resilient attitude, you will demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Supporting all levels of the business you will be a natural team worker and networker, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams & stakeholders at all levels.
