We are looking to appoint an organised and confident customer service advisor with excellent communication skills to join our expanding projects team based in our Milton Keynes offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising and supporting our Project Manager
  • Chasing medical reports completed by our Assessment team
  • Ensuring we stick to the client's strict SLA report timelines
  • Troubleshooting problems as they arise within the project
  • Obtaining the medical team's availability to complete reports
  • Supporting our compliance team when required
  • Pre-qualification and booking in interviews for candidates interested in being part of the project

The applicant considered will:

  • Have great communication skills and be used to speaking with professionals on the phone
  • Be very organised and attentive
  • Have a confident and enthusiastic phone manner
  • Reliable and good time management
  • Happy to deal with medical report writer's questions outside of working hours where necessary
