We are looking to appoint an organised and confident customer service advisor with excellent communication skills to join our expanding projects team based in our Milton Keynes offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising and supporting our Project Manager
- Chasing medical reports completed by our Assessment team
- Ensuring we stick to the client's strict SLA report timelines
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise within the project
- Obtaining the medical team's availability to complete reports
- Supporting our compliance team when required
- Pre-qualification and booking in interviews for candidates interested in being part of the project
The applicant considered will:
- Have great communication skills and be used to speaking with professionals on the phone
- Be very organised and attentive
- Have a confident and enthusiastic phone manner
- Reliable and good time management
- Happy to deal with medical report writer's questions outside of working hours where necessary
