About the Role:

Our client, a prestigious main contractor in Birmingham, is seeking a talented and driven Site Manager to manage the internal subcontract packages for an ambitious 600-bed high-rise residential scheme in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This landmark project is set to transform the skyline and offer luxury living spaces in a prime location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all internal subcontract packages, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and costs, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
