Finance Systems Specialist

Reed is partnered with a global creative agency with a rich heritage in film production, they are expanding our team and looking for a Finance Systems (Synergist) Specialist to help streamline their financial operations across our global offices.
Day to Day of the role:
- Design and implement best practice finance workflows for new systems, Synergist and Xero, ensuring alignment with our revenue recognition policy and WIP management.
- Maximise account link automation between Synergist and Xero to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement automated reporting within Synergist, focusing on client profitability and recovery.
- Conduct training sessions for the internal team to ensure a smooth transition to the updated workflow.
- Assist in the creation of a new Group KPI scorecard, integrating relevant reporting from Synergist and Xero.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance systems implementation and management.
- Strong understanding of financial workflows, revenue recognition policies, and WIP management.
- Experience with Synergist and Xero, or similar financial systems.
- Ability to design and automate complex financial reports.
- Excellent training and communication skills to effectively teach new systems and processes.
- A collaborative approach to working with teams across different regions.
