Sales Administrator principle duties and responsibilities:
- Issue accurate and timely proposals containing documentation relevant to each quotation.
- Work closely to provide support to the existing sales managers.
- Identify opportunities for an increase in quality project related enquiries and lead generation
- Provide support for detailed specifications to Architects
- Commercial processing of new equipment sales orders in CRM.
- Proactively following up with clients to confirm outstanding quotations.
- Providing technical support and and additional technical information to customers
Desirable:
- Previous pricing or estimations experience or experience in sales support role involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience in working with SAP or similar
- Previous experience within Specifications or supporting Architects or Design
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Previous Sales, Sales Administration, Account Management or Coordination experience within Recruitment, Estate Agency, Construction or similar industry
- Attention to detail

- Highly numerical
- Good technical understanding with an interest in understanding a diverse product range
