Your responsibilities will include issuing contracts, managing employee files, and ensuring seamless HR processes. You'll play a vital role in following up on absence issues, liaising with line managers and employees to maintain effective communication.
Additionally, you'll support the HR team with employee relations issues by taking notes in meetings, following up with letters and correspondence, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all stakeholders. You will also assist senior HR colleagues in supporting line managers with leadership and absence management training.
