REED Business Support are alongside a highly progressive company to support them with a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to join their growing business.
The role is a Customer Service Administrator to support their Fleet maintenance team.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with inbound calls to support customers with vehicle breakdowns
- Co ordinate service bookings and MOT's
- Invoicing and credit control
- Booking in and schedule warranty repairs.
- Obtaining Purchase orders for damage charges
- Process & raise estimates for vehicle damage charged.
The ideal candidate will have similar experience within a previous role, and excellent customer service and planning skills.
Salary £24,000 p/a
