Technical Consultant - Primavera P6 Project Management Software
Role Outline: A dynamic Specialist is sought to provide comprehensive technical assistance for a leading project management software suite. The role encompasses troubleshooting product issues, conducting back-end database investigations, and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Day to Day Operational Support of Primavera Unifier, and P6 EPPM
- Provide daily operational support for project management software deployments.
- Facilitate software version upgrades and assist in deployment processes.
- Execute integration of project management software with various enterprise systems.
- Develop customizations and extensions to enhance software functionality.
- Craft custom reports utilizing business intelligence and analytics tools.
- Conduct upgrades from previous software versions and manage data migrations.
- Enhance database performance and contribute to management process improvements.
- Offer technical expertise for ongoing software enhancements.
- Document technical development processes and identify configuration adjustments tailored to organizational needs.
Required Experience and Skills:
- 6-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting project management software.
- Comprehensive understanding of software features and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in web services and APIs related to project management software.
- In-depth knowledge of database systems and enterprise server management.
- Experience in software installation, troubleshooting, and server management (including clustering and load balancing).
- Familiarity with software upgrade processes and operational support.
