Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction
- Liaising with other departments where necessary
- Scheduling engineers to carry out work as required
About You:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology and able to learn new systems quickly
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
