Kenneth Brian Associates are working with a fantastic local company, who are looking for a customer-focused individual to join their Customer Service team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction
  • Liaising with other departments where necessary
  • Scheduling engineers to carry out work as required

About You:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using technology and able to learn new systems quickly
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
