This is a full-time role and the hours are 9am- 5:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Job description

  • First point of contact for client and organising all administration processes with excellent efficiency.
  • Responsible for processing all stock administration including scanning paperwork and uploading data onto the CRM system accurately.
  • Uploading all client information with excellent efficiency and responding to all queries.
  • Building customer relationships and supporting with any order questions including logistical delivery plans.
  • Supporting with national accounts and providing updates accordingly.
  • Ensuring that all administration tasks are completed to high standards to meet audit guidelines.
  • Manage all shipping information accordingly and working alongside the internal teams to ensure that the details are uploads correctly.
  • Be involved in marketing campaigns including creative images to represent the business in a professional manner.
  • Raising PO's and processing invoices.
