Juice is delighted to be supporting a reputable firm in Bath, who are leaders in their field with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional legal and financial services.

You will be providing high-quality administration including diarising and organising meetings, maintaining records, being a point of contact for clients, and drafting letters and documents for fee earners.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and confident communication.
  • Maintain and update client files and records with precision.
  • Draft and prepare letters and documents for fee earners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Diarise important dates, follow up on key matters, and organise meetings effectively.
  • Assist in managing the financial aspects of the team, including accurate time recording and invoice preparation.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the conveyancing process, providing updates and addressing any queries.
  • Conduct initial quality checks on all work before submission to fee earners.

  • Ability to communicate with clients and other solicitors and advisers effectively.
  • Good people communication skills and demeanor - empathetic and persuasive.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and be a team player.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative and time management skills, including an ability to analyse, manage and prioritise workloads from all team fee earners
  • Ability to use initiative to complete tasks.
