Reed Leeds Business Support are recruiting on behalf of a Top 100 law firm based in Leeds city centre. Our client is seeking a Legal PA to join the team on a permanent basis, this role is ideal for individuals seeking a challenging yet rewarding career with a healthy work-life balance and excellent career prospects in a supportive environment.
Day to Day of the role:
- Lead and deliver an effective client relationship management programme alongside Partners and Legal Directors.
- Support business development activities, including coordinating meetings and events, research, and preparation of materials.
- Manage diaries, inboxes, and ‘To-do Lists' for Partners and Legal Directors.
- Assist with the day-to-day delivery of legal services, including document management and correspondence.
- Organise travel arrangements and handle related invoices as required.
- Liaise with internal departments for administrative tasks such as bundle preparation, filing, scanning, and copying.
- Handle internal and external telephone queries and ensure messages are communicated promptly.
- Support client management, monitor communications, and maintain client details on the firm's systems.
- Prepare client reports and manage client relationship queries.
- Assist with billing and debt management in collaboration with the finance department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Employment/Pensions division is ideal.
- Advanced knowledge of One Place system, Microsoft Office Suite, Visual Files, Winscribe, and internet research.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Flexibility, reliability, and initiative.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
- Approachable, enthusiastic, and able to quickly build trust and respect.
