Temporary Receptionist/Office Administrator

Location: Penrith

Job type: Temporary role in office

Salary: £11.79 per hour

Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with 30 minute lunch break

Purpose of the role:

To work closely alongside the Office Manager and Admin Team to provide efficient and high-quality reception and administrative support for the clinical team, support services team and senior management team.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Customer facing; attending to visitors, clients, colleagues and other professionals. You will address enquiries over the phone, by email and face to face.
  • Greet persons entering the organisation and address queries from staff, clients and visitors.
  • Manage incoming mail and other deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff, support coordinators, support workers and the senior management team.
  • Organise and schedule meeting rooms.
  • Maintain data integrity and data security of clinical and staff information.
  • Undertake general office duties including responsibility for professional appearance of public office spaces.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
