NonStop Care is currently working with a local authority in the Berkshire area seeking a statutory Team Manager to oversee a long-term/ multi-disciplinary team.

They offer a competitive pay rate of up to £64,054 which means you will be among the highest paid Social Workers in the Berkshire area and you will be well rewarded for your work.

Responsibilities:

As Team Manager you will oversee a team of 7 Experienced Social Workers. Working closely with other Team Managers and Service Managers you will continue to improve the quality and development of the service.

The Team Manager will positively influence the development of their team and staff and the experience of children, young people and their families.
