R13 Recruitment are currently working alongside a fantastic IT Services company in their search for a 2nd Line Support Engineer. The purpose of this role will be to provide crucial technical support as well as assisting in the efficient delivery of projects.
Based in Great Yarmouth, this is a fulltime, permanent role working Monday - Friday, and is offering a salary of £28,000 and £33,000 depending on experience.

The day to day
- Acting as the primary contact for technical assistance and escalations, providing exceptional customer support to a diverse portfolio of customers and clients.
- Working closely with the technical team, offering assistance and mentoring where needed.
- Assisting with the management and delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensuring the smooth running of client accounts through comprehensive technical support.
You will have/be
- Previous experience in an IT support role, ideally within Windows operating systems and networks and knowledge of backup technologies and methodologies.
- Natural problem solver and the ability to work well under pressure in a time-sensitive environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- CompTIA A+, N+, S+ or MCP / Microsoft certifications would be preferred.
