Description
The Finance Business Partner will:
- Provide financial insight and advice to key stakeholders within the organisation.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to meet organisational goals.
- Foster financial literacy across the organisation through training and engagement.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.
- Conduct risk analysis and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Review and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Participate in budget preparation and financial planning processes.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Finance or related fields.
- Proven experience in financial management and strategy.
- Solid understanding of financial laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- High proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
