Responsibilities as HR Advisor include but are not limited to:
- Support the HR Team in the delivery of projects across the organisation
- Support in the Disciplinary Process
- Prepare employment Contracts and Offer Letters
- Be the first point of contact to assist with complaints and grievances
- Provide support with onboarding of new employees
What you need to bring as HR Advisor:
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise your workload
- Proven experience as a HR Advisor
