SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a large and vibrant school in Brent, looking to recruit an experienced School Office Manager. This role is integral to the smooth running of the school's day-to-day operations, and we're looking for an organized, dynamic individual who can lead and manage the office team while ensuring all administrative functions are delivered efficiently.

Job Role:

  • Leading the school's administrative function, ensuring the smooth running of all office operations.
  • Managing a team of administrative staff, delegating tasks, and overseeing their performance.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for parents, staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Coordinating student admissions, attendance, and record-keeping in line with school policies.
  • Managing the school's communication systems, including emails, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Ensuring the school's administrative tasks comply with safeguarding, data protection, and other statutory requirements.
  • Supporting the senior leadership team with diary management, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handling budget monitoring, invoicing, and procurement processes in collaboration with the finance department.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a school or education setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of professionalism.
  • Knowledge of school administrative systems and software (e.g., SIMS, Microsoft Office).
  • Understanding of school safeguarding, data protection, and financial procedures.
