THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUSTBE FLUENT IN GERMAN.
My client, a global Real Estate company based across London and Germany, are looking for a confident, experienced and adaptable EA with experience supporting at C-Suite level.
You will support the Group CFO with diary management, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties in a fast-paced, dynamic role. Ad-hoc support to an MD and UK CFO as required.
The role:
- Extensive diary management and meeting coordination across time zones
- Booking and coordinating complex travel including itineraries
- Arranging and coordinating events (lunches, dinners and conferences)
- Managing expenses
- Document production including reports, presentations and correspondence – advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
- Printing documents, binding, filing, and archiving
- Ordering office supplies
Essential requirements:
- Solid experience providing EA support
- Experience within a multi-national company
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable, proactive and collaborative
- Professional and committed attitude
