Talent Acquisition Partner

A highly reputable F&B company is looking for an accomplished and credible Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team. This role will be on a full-time basis, with a hybrid working pattern of 4 days in the office and one day at home in central London. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take ownership of the entire internal recruitment function.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the talent function, providing an excellent experience for all candidates that apply
  • Partner with the head of HR to create and drive attraction and recruitment strategy plans within the business
  • Provide advice to hiring managers and senior stakeholders in best hiring practices and strategies, using available data where needed
  • Engaging in Employer Brand and promote the talent team's image internally and externally
  • Produce reports and metrics on hiring to share with senior managers when required
  • Manage the graduate programme, internships, and work experience opportunities

Experience & Skills required:

  • 5 years minimum experience in a similar role in the F&B industry
  • A proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Eager to make impact and contribute ideas
  • High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal English
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload using initiative
  • Impeccable stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence
