Three Bridges Recruitment are working with a professional services company that Is looking for a Revenue Controller working within the Finance Team. This role will allow you to build up strong relationships with stakeholders and work to ensure tasks and KPIs are met.

Job

The job of Revenue Controller will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

  • Attending monthly revenue meetings with Partners and Associates to discuss all aspects of WIP, debt, disbursements, client funds, time management, and billing
  • Providing Partners with detailed client fee breakdowns using systems to accurately report progress
  • Resolving billing queries to ensure prompt billing of matters
  • Assisting with Credit Control activities
  • Contacting clients, reviewing provisioned invoices, and actively ensuring the team meets its cash targets
  • Handling various Accounts Payable - related queries
  • Supporting the Team Leader with partner and client reports using software
  • Maintaining knowledge of professional regulatory standards, such as UK VAT requirements and Solicitors Accounts Rules
  • Assisting in the statutory requirement process as required
  • Tracking volume discounts and rebates when necessary
  • Setting up and monitoring secondments, advising Partners of the process

You

As a Revenue Controller you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

  • Prior experience working as a Revenue Controller in a commercial firm
  • Advanced computer literacy exceptional communication skills, with a strong
  • Sense of professional integrity and resilience
  • Strong commercial insight
  • Capable of influencing and inspiring others
  • Quickly grasp and process large volumes of information
  • Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Handle relationships with tact and diplomacy
