Health and Safety Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management
Schedule and manage compliance inspections, including Gas Safety Certificates, Domestic Electrical Installation Reports and Portable Appliance Tests.
Ensure that all certifications are documented and saved electronically on Savills systems.

Remedial Actions Coordination
Arrange and track the completion of remedial works identified during inspections.
Log and close actions on APR/Datastation/Risk Wise, ensuring timely resolution.
Communicate regularly with property managers on the status of compliance and remedial activities.

Access Arrangement
Coordinate with tenants and contractors to arrange access for statutory inspections

Reporting
Produce Health and Safety reports from Savills systems for external clients and internal stakeholders.

New Management and Contractor Oversight
Evaluate and manage existing contractors
