This position will primarily involve overseeing the management and maintenance of three prime high-end residential and commercial buildings. The Role
- Act as the main point of contact for residents and tenants, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the buildings, including coordinating repairs, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance issues, health and safety risks, and potential improvements.
- Prepare and manage budgets for the properties, ensuring financial objectives are met and expenses are controlled.
- Oversee the administration of lease agreements, including rent collection, service charge invoicing, and arrears management.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities, such as local councils and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and enforce building policies and procedures, ensuring a safe, secure, and harmonious living and working environment.
- Collaborate with the property owners and stakeholders to develop and execute long-term strategies for property enhancement and value appreciation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, legislation, and best practices, incorporating them into the management approach as appropriate.
