- Manage caseloads, transactions, and client expectations.
- Maintain compliance with SLAs and regulations; ensure accurate billing and fund distribution.
- Provide legal advice, draft documents, and supervise paralegals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing residential property caseloads, experience with commercial is advantageous.
- Knowledge of property laws, commercial awareness, and industry knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
