Position: Adult Support Worker

Location: Southampton, Portsmouth, Fareham, Salisbury, Bournemouth, and surrounding towns and villages

Rate of Pay: £12.50 - £17.00 per hour

What We're Looking For:

As an Adult Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to individuals with learning difficulties, autism, mental health needs, and challenging behaviour. Your role will involve:

  • Assisting individuals in their day-to-day activities and promoting their independence.
  • Creating a safe and nurturing environment that fosters personal growth and development.
  • Building positive and supportive relationships with service users and their families.
  • Implementing individual care plans and providing personalised support.
